The concert is going to be held within International music project "Voices for hospices 2009" that is timed to World hospice and palliative care day. 

World opera masterpieces will be performed by Liudmila Dudinova (sopran), Sergey Semishkur (tenor), Carry Persson (bariton), St. Petersburg Chamber Choir (artistic director and pincipal conductor - Nikolai Kornev) and St. Petersburg Festival Orchestra (artistic director and principal conductor Kristofer Wahlander (Sweden).

This benefit concert aim is to raise funds for the hospices of St-Petersburg as well as to draw citizens attention to the needs and problems of the hospices’ patients.

The venue of the concert is St.Peter and Paul Church (Nevsky pr., 22-24).The concert begins at 19.00.

Tickets will be sold on the day of the concert at the St.Peter and Paul Church from 16.00. until the beginning of the concert.

The sixth international music festival "NORDIC MUSIC" is honoured to provide informational support for this charitable event and invite its public to visit "Hit-parade of opera music" concert.
